## Intentions
1. want to think through the categories that matter, and the tasks that matter
2. want to think about what gives us the biggest ROI in terms of The One Thing
3. What can I contribute to our team?
    a. What are they working on?
    b. What's holding them back?
    c. What can I do to speed it up?

Anyway, all of this is besides the point. What is the real point?

WHAT DO I WANT PAVLOK TO BECOME? WHAT AM I WILLING TO DO TO GET THERE? WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHAT IS IMPORTANT?

2022-02-16 18:19 I took a break – back now . I was checking my harvard grades and submitted a request for a certificate.

Ok. SO WHAT IS IMPORTANT.

What do I want in…

  • 5 years
    • Before, I wanted Pavlok to change the world and volts to be real. And now I’m more cynical. But I think that actually, that goal is easier than ever.
      • The only difference is, now the world is on my side so i’m not excited by being a contrarian anymore
    • So if my 5 year goals stayed the same, what would they be?
    • I’d want Pavlok to be on millions of wrists
    • I’d want clinical trials and it being used to help smokers questions
    • I’d want volts earning people real crypto for doing good habits
  • 1 year
    • Looking at the 5 year tasks, what gets us there?
      • Hiring great people
      • Fundraising
      • Better Marketing
      • Product - The best wearable product. Multiple other products
        • An ecosystem of products
          • Make your life easier
          • Track behaviors that you want tracked
          • Gives you feedback to achieve goals
          • Helps you win crypto
  • 1 quarter
  • 1 month

What is the ONE thing, that by doing, that makes everything else easier or more effective?

What are the some questions that gets us in a good place?
